What the AI actually reads
Items, quantities, unit prices, line discounts, service charges and tax — included or added on top. Crumpled paper, dim restaurant light and languages you don't speak are normal input, not edge cases. Before you see anything, Quits reconciles the parsed lines against the printed total; when something genuinely doesn't add up, it flags the line instead of hiding the difference.
Say it, don't tap it
Hold the mic and talk like you would to a friend: “the pasta was Ana's, we shared the wine, Jan paid.” Names map to your group members, items map to receipt lines, and the payer is picked up from the sentence. Voice works without a receipt too — “I paid twenty for parking, split between me and Jan” becomes a complete expense.
Fix anything
Every parsed line stays editable — name, price, quantity, who's on it. Scan from the camera or any old photo in your gallery.
Offline drafts
No signal? The capture is saved as a draft and processed when you're back online — or force it through mobile data with one tap.
Split by item, share or fraction
